Ingredients for 1 serving
2 ripe figs (approx. 50 g each)
50 g quark (20% fat)
5 g ground hazelnut kernels
3 mint leaves, finely chopped
5 ml lemon juice
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Portion size: 1 serving
How to do it:
- Carefully wash the figs and pat dry. Cut a “lid” from each
fig. Carefully remove the pulp with a teaspoon, being careful
not to damage the skin.
- Put the fig pulp in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add
the quark and lemon juice and stir evenly.
- The ground hazelnuts and chopped mint Stir and season
- Fill the finished curd mixture into the fruit and put the lid on
at an angle.
