2 ripe figs (approx. 50 g each)
50 g quark (20% fat)
5 g ground hazelnut kernels
3 mint leaves, finely chopped
5 ml lemon juice
Salt, pepper

How to do it:

  1. Carefully wash the figs and pat dry. Cut a “lid” from each
    fig. Carefully remove the pulp with a teaspoon, being careful
    not to damage the skin.
  2. Put the fig pulp in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add
    the quark and lemon juice and stir evenly.
  3. The ground hazelnuts and chopped mint Stir and season

    at an angle.
