50 g couscous
125 g broccoli
100 g red pepper
50 g carrot
35 g frozen peas
35 spring onions
2 g fresh garlic
100 ml vegetable broth
15 ml of olive oil
2 g curry powder
5 g harissa
Salt pepper

How to do it:

  1. Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Clean and
    wash the peppers and cut into bite-sized cubes. Peel the carrot
    and also dice it. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Clean the
    spring onion and cut into fine rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot
    and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the peas, harissa
    and curry powder and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with
    the broth and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Now add the couscous, stir well and bring to the boil
    again. Dan n close the lid, turn off the heat and leave for the
    vegetable stir-fry for a good 5 minutes.
  4. When the couscous is well done, briefly loosen it up with a
    fork and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with the spring onions and
