250 g zucchini
50 g onion
10 ml of oil
2 eggs (M)
30 g breadcrumbs
15 g grated parmesan cheese
10 grams of flour
1 pinch of dried thyme
1 pinch of garlic powder

How to do it:

  1. Wash and roughly grate the zucchini. Then season a lot of
    salt and set aside to draw.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes. Heat 5
    ml of oil in a small pan and sweat the onions in it until
  3. Now squeeze the zucchini vigorously and place in
    a bowl. Add the onions, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, parmesan and
    spices and mix everything together well. Season to taste with
    salt and pepper.
  4. Now shape patties of any size from the finished
    mixture. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the zucchini
    patties on both sides for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
