140 g chanterelles
40 g onion
3 g chives, cut into rolls
75 ml Soya Cuisine, Light
10 g coarse mustard
15 ml of oil
Salt pepper

How to do it:

  1. Clean the chanterelles. Peel the onion and cut into fine
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chanterelles and stir-fry for 3-
    4 minutes over very high heat.
  3. The onion diced and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium
    heat. Season with salt and pepper, add the Soya Cuisine, Light
    and simmer for 2 minutes until creamy.
  4. Stir in the mustard, if necessary, season again with salt and
    pepper and garnish with the chives rolls before consumption.
