140 g chanterelles
40 g onion
3 g chives, cut into rolls
75 ml Soya Cuisine, Light
10 g coarse mustard
15 ml of oil
Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes
Portion size: 1 serving
How to do it:
- Clean the chanterelles. Peel the onion and cut into fine
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chanterelles and stir-fry for 3-
4 minutes over very high heat.
- The onion diced and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium
heat. Season with salt and pepper, add the Soya Cuisine, Light
and simmer for 2 minutes until creamy.
- Stir in the mustard, if necessary, season again with salt and
pepper and garnish with the chives rolls before consumption.
