Ingredients for 1 serving
150 g tofu, natural
100 g zucchini
80 g red cocktail tomatoes
80 g red onion
75 g yellow pepper
20 g onion
100 ml vegetable broth
20 g tomato paste
10 ml of oil
5 ml soy sauce
5 g of brown sugar
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation time: approx. 35 minutes

How to do it:
- Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the zucchini, bell
pepper and red onion into pieces so that they can be skewered
easily. Finely chop the onion. Also cut the tofu into cubes.
- Now pull the zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, red onions and
tofu alternately on skewers.
- Heat the oil in a pan . Fry the skewers until golden brown
on all sides, remove and set aside for a moment. Add the
remaining oil to the pan and fry the chopped onion in it.
- Add the tomato paste and toast briefly. Deglaze with the
broth and bring to the boil once . Then add the soy sauce and
sugar and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Put the skewers
in the sauce and simmer gently for a good 5 minutes.
