Ingredients for 1 serving
240 g chickpeas (glass / can)
150 g red cocktail tomatoes
50 g yellow pepper
50 g green peppers
20 g red onion
15 g black olives, pitted
3 g fresh garlic
1.5 g fresh mint
10 ml of olive oil
5 ml dark balsamic vinegar
5 g black sesame seeds
1 pinch of sugar
Salt pepper

How to do it:

  1. Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and drain well. Then put in
    a bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper and a
    pinch and mix everything together well. Place in the refrigerator
    to steep for a good 2 hours.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut in half or
    quarter as desired. Wash the peppers and cut into small
    cubes. Cut the olives into fine rings. Finely chop the garlic and
    mint. Finely dice the red onion.
  3. When the chickpeas are well drawn, add the tomatoes,
    peppers, onions, olives and the chopped mint and mix them all
    together well.
  4. At will even e nce season with salt and pepper, sprinkle
    with the sesame seeds and enjoy.
