150 g fresh broccoli
3 g fresh garlic
10 g grated parmesan cheese
10 g almond sticks
5 ml of olive oil

How to do it:

  1. Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel garlic and
    chop finely.
  2. Toast the almond sticks in a hot pan without fat until golden
    brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Put the oil in the pan and heat it up. Add the garlic and
    broccoli and fry evenly for about 5 minutes. Add the grated
    parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange on a plate or in a bowl, sprinkle with the
    toasted almond sticks and enjoy as a side dish.
