Ingredients for 1 serving
150 g fresh broccoli
3 g fresh garlic
10 g grated parmesan cheese
10 g almond sticks
5 ml of olive oil

How to do it:
- Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel garlic and
- Toast the almond sticks in a hot pan without fat until golden
brown. Remove and set aside.
- Put the oil in the pan and heat it up. Add the garlic and
broccoli and fry evenly for about 5 minutes. Add the grated
parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange on a plate or in a bowl, sprinkle with the
toasted almond sticks and enjoy as a side dish.
