50 g carrots
5 g fresh chives
50 g low-fat quark (0.2% fat)
10 g sour cream
15 ml lemon juice

How to do it:
- Put the quark together with the sour cream , lemon juice and
a little salt and pepper in a small bowl and stir well.
- Peel the carrot and grate finely. Wash the chives and cut
- Add the chives and the grated carrot to the quark, mix
everything well and enjoy.
