Ingredients for 1 serving (2 pieces)
50 g of grainy cream cheese
30 g of cocktail tomatoes
5 g fresh chives
3 g fresh parsley
5 ml of olive oil
15 g wholemeal spelled flour
1 pinch of chili flakes
1 pinch of paprika powder, noble sweet

How to do it:

  1. The Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters. Finely chop the
    chives and finely chop the parsley
  2. Put the grainy cream cheese together with the flour, chives
    and parsley in a small bowl and stir well. Season with salt,
    pepper, paprika powder and a pinch of chilli flakes and carefully
    fold in the tomatoes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Put the dough into the pan in two
    portions with a spoon and bake for about 5 minutes on each side
    until golden brown.
